Our Pastor…
- Born in Washington County, Virginia, in the small hamlet of Meadowview.
- Married to wife Linda, for 57 years.
- We have four children, three sons, and a daughter.
- Surrendered to the call to preach the Gospel in 1993 and after finishing studies, moved to Salem, Virginia and in 1998 was called to Calvary Baptist Church as senior pastor.
Here at Calvary, we are blessed to call ourselves an independent, fundamental Baptist church. We believe in soul winning, world missions, God honoring music, the King James Bible for the English-speaking culture, and loving, serving, and praising God. We are excited to see the hand of God at work in the ministries of our church. We would like to extend an invitation to you to come and visit us, enjoy the preaching of the Word of God, and be blessed by the fellowship of God’s people.
